We have recently undergone a transition brought on by a sudden shortage of talc in North America, a key ingredient in the clay we have used for over 20 years, which is now unavailable. Having been unable to find an appropriate white firing clay body to replace it, we are now using a native buff colored earthenware clay. This, along with changes to our glaze suppliers, has changed the colors and finishes that our tiles are available in. Most of the pictures in the tile installation galleries are done in our previous clay.

Our
time frame can be anywhere
from 8-10 weeks on average, more or less,
depending on your order and how busy we are.
Color sample tiles are usually sent within a week.
Our
tiles are all handmade to
order by the two us and there are many things throughout
the process that can cause delays, we try our best, but do not
give any
time guarantees.
All
our tiles are packaged carefully in re used and recycled
materials,
if
anything
should arrive damaged
our
policy is to personally
replace it free of
charge.
